The host who I am currently with is not very good at all when it comes to support. I also made a bit of a mistake in going with them as I could have got a much better deal for a few pounds more at another host. That is my fault and I know when it is up for renewal I will be moving hosts. If these rave reviews about DreamHost continue to come I will defiantly consider them. Unfortunately my renewal is not for a while yet... :-( . If I get completely sick and tired of my current host I will move even if I still have to pay them! Anyway, I am glad you have found a great host. It certainly seems as though it was a wise move to make! It is always good to see good customer service.
